Barry, a founding partner of Hydroserv, established the company in Qatar in 2014 and later set up sister companies Drillserv and Siteserv in 2017. With over 13 years of experience in dewatering projects across Europe and the Middle East, Barry not only serves as Engineering Director but also oversees Business Development and Portfolio Diversification for all companies. His extensive experience encompasses leading design teams for bidding and successfully delivering multidisciplinary projects involving dewatering, over-pumping, drilling, and remediation, as well as water engineering & management services. Each General Manager reports to Barry on company performance, as he is ultimately accountable for all operations, including setting and achieving financial objectives.

Tom is an astute businessman with expertise in mechanical services and has managed several ventures across construction and water engineering & management services. Our MD oversees all aspects of the business, guiding Hydroserv in Qatar and emerging markets in the greater Middle East region. The company’s operational performance is credited to Tom’s dedication, determination, and hands-on efficiency.

Peter is the General Manager of Hydroserv Qatar overseeing local operations including staffing and budgeting. Peter has been with the organization, both locally and regionally, for the past 7 years and during this time has been responsible for delivering the overall revenue and profit targets for the operations. Prior to his roles at Hydroserv, Peter worked in both business development and the financial industry.

Business administration in the United Kingdom in one of the reputed institutions. Ossama is an Engineering Manager of Hydroserv with over 13 years of experience and expertise in the dewatering division. Ossama is heading the core operations of the dewatering division across Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) projects with 150 manpower. Ossama closely dealt with clients to accomplish their requirements and focused towards customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness. Ossama can lead diverse teams, foster collaboration and a culture of excellence, set objectives, and monitor operational progress to achieve the expectations of management.

Bashar has been the Country Manager of Hydroserv Oman for the past 3 years with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Project Engineer in the region. As Country Manager, Bashar oversees all day-to-day operations and is ultimately responsible for revenue and profit targets. His broad Country Manager role means he also oversees all business development as well as staff recruitment, training, and development.

Arun’s role involves identifying new customers and developing a business plan to reach them, closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Arun is adept at developing new business relationships and generating and negotiating new revenues. With a Mechanical Engineering background, Arun has worked on pipeline projects (natural gas & water), and drilling and dewatering projects across India and Oman.

Saravanan is a CQI ICRA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 90012015, ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 standards. He specialises in quality assurance and quality control in a wide range of industries and has over 15 years of successfully implementing ISO standards and certifications. He is responsible for maintaining high standards of Quality Management System & also Management Representative to accomplish the management requirements. He is accountable for internal/external audits, client compliance audits, and prequalification audits.

Samuel is a NEBOSH Certified & licensed Civil Engineer with over 18 Years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental implementation in the civil, oil and gas construction sectors. He is well experienced in drafting, developing and delivering safety training programs for employees for work hazards to be recognized and mitigated. Samuel works with our clients and their sites to ensure the safety of our employees by checking and drafting precautionary safety measures to prevent workplace accidents. Inspections and accident/incident investigations are also part of Samuel’s role.
